Method

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and celery; cook until softened, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken stock, rosemary sprig, bay leaf, kidney beans, and pinto beans. Bring to a boil.
