
Classic Buffalo Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder and kosher salt until evenly coated.

Place the seasoned wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet in a single layer. Refrigerate uncovered for at least 1 hour or up to overnight to dry out the skin.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway, until the skin is golden brown and crispy.

While the wings bake, prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the melted butter, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir until warm and well combined.
